Scope

This policy applies to svenskamoln.se and the email addresses listed on the site. Processing of personal data within Frostmoln’s cloud services is covered by a separate data protection policy and data processing agreement provided to Frostmoln customers.

What we collect

We actively minimise collection. This site sets no cookies, uses no third-party analytics tools, and runs no tracking pixels. We do operate a privacy-preserving first-party measurement system — see the Analytics section below.

Contact information — name, email address, and the contents of messages you send to our published mailboxes (info, press, partners, regulators).
Technical server logs — temporary IP address, timestamp, and URL for security and operational monitoring. Logs are rotated automatically and deleted within 30 days.

Analytics

We measure traffic on this site without identifying you. Each visit is represented by a one-way pseudonymous identifier derived from technical signals (your IP address and browser type), which is then discarded — we never see or store the IP itself. We collect pseudonymous, aggregate measurement of how visitors use our sites: the pages viewed, time spent on tracked sections, and interactions with marked buttons and links. We also derive your approximate location (country and region) and basic browser, OS and device information from technical metadata your browser sends. What we do NOT do: - Use cookies (we set zero, read zero) - Use third-party analytics services (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Cloudflare Analytics) - Use tracking pixels or marketing pixels - Store your IP address - Store your User-Agent string - Use fingerprinting (canvas, WebGL, fonts, plugins, hardware sensors) - Associate analytics with your account or email, even when you are logged in to our portal Svenska Moln AB (through the Frostmoln brand) operates several websites under common control (frostmoln.se, svenskamoln.se, portal.frostmoln.cloud). We may correlate aggregate visitor flow across these sites using the same pseudonymous identifier described above. This correlation does not enable identifying you; it lets us understand how visitors discover and progress through our offering. Retention: 180 days for individual events, 2 years for aggregated daily counts. Lawful basis: legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). Opt out: set "fm-analytics-opt-out" to "1" in your browser's localStorage to disable all analytics collection for this browser. A dedicated opt-out page is in development.

Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and securing our systems) and, for contract-related correspondence, the necessity of performing or preparing a contract.

Retention

Correspondence is deleted or anonymised once the matter is closed and, unless otherwise required by law, no later than 24 months after the last contact. Server logs are deleted within 30 days.

Recipients

Personal data is processed within Svenska Moln AB. We do not share data with third parties. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. All processing takes place within the EU/EEA and no data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to request:

access to the data we hold about you,
rectification of inaccurate data,
erasure (right to be forgotten) where no lawful basis remains,
restriction of processing,
data portability,
to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you believe our processing is in breach of GDPR.
